Extended rentals
Please note that AA Car Hire is in no way responsible
for the amounts charged by local suppliers when
reservations are extended beyond the pre-booked dates.
Additional days rental charges are entirely at the
discretion of the local supplier.
Flight Information
For airports pick ups, it is essential that Payless
Rentals / AA Car Hire are given the correct flight
number and arrival time, before departure. If this is
not available at the time of booking, please ensure that
you will inform us of this at least 2 days prior to
departure. If the information is not provided in time,
no responsibility can be accepted or compensation
allowed for a failed rental. This is to allow our
broker/agent to be ready for you on arrival.
Fuel Policy
Vehicle is supplied with some fuel. Return with same
amount of fuel or refuelling charges will apply.
General Conditions
1. Please note that supplier terms and conditions
outlined above are subject to change by suppliers.
2. All information above is correct at the time of
booking and when you printed this information.
3. Customer must adhere to supplier conditions at the
time of vehicle pick up.
Infant / Child / Booster seats
1. Child seats are available; Subject to availability.
2. Local deposits / Pre-authorisations
3. Please note that all hirers will be required leave a
pre-authorisation on their credit cards to cover the
rental excess amounts and any additional local charges
for extras.
One Way Rentals
1. The standard one way fees from Auckland are - Rotorua
NZ$ 150, Wellington NZ$ 150, Christchurch NZ$ 200.
